I’M NEW HERE

Visiting an unfamiliar place for the first time can be quite a daunting experience! We realise this. Your first visit should be a pleasant and welcoming one. Here is what you can expect….

DRESS

There is no “dress code” worship is about the heart not clothes!

PARKING

We have secure parking on site and gates are locked when the service starts.

ENTRANCE

You will be greeted at the door.

SEATING

You are welcome to sit anywhere where you feel comfortable. We will never ask you to stand up or do anything that will make you feel uncomfortable.

BABIES AND TODDLERS

Babies and toddlers are welcome in our worship service. Should your young one get “niggly” we have a “Cry Room” available. You will be able to view and hear the service.

WORSHIP

We sings songs of worship accompanied by the overhead projector. The style of worship ranges from traditional hymns to more modern worship songs. All song lyrics are displayed on a Projector screen.

OFFERING

We provide opportunity for people to give financially, should they so desire, via a collection bag.

SERMON

An expository style message from the bible is preached. Expository preaching involves a comprehensive explanation of the biblical text in such a way that it presents the meaning and intent of a biblical text, providing commentary and examples to make the passage clear and understandable.

THE LORD’S SUPPER

On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion).If you are a believer, you are welcome to participate.

BAPTISM

Occasionally we baptise persons during a worship service. Baptism is by immersion in water. We do not baptise babies nor sprinkle them with water, nor do we baptise persons who do not profess personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

AFTER SERVICE

Please come and have a cup a coffe or tea in the hall after the service.
